Prices

All prices with Swedish VAT (25%) included, to view the net price excluding VAT select this option at the bottom in the left hand margin.

Order

Ordering is done when checkout in the web shop. When you have ordered and paid for your goods you will get an order confirmation to the email address specified by you. Please read the confirmation and please let us know if anything is wrong or unclear.

Shipping information

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from order/payment.

Change of size
Free re-shipping for returns and change of size. We take care of the re-shipping within 1-2 days after arrival of old garment. Please read the measure table carefully before ordering. For skirts the bottom measure is the most important, use the biggest measure. For jacket it is the bust measure that is the most important.

Shipping and time of delivery

Time

Delivery from sweden to consumer within 1-3 business days,  to a retailer within 5-7 business days.

Freight Forwarder

We use UPS for foreign shipments. 

Delivery terms

Weight

1. 0-500 grams:    12 EUR
2. 501-1000 grams:  15 EUR
3. 1001-2000 grams: 18 EUR

Complaints

No question asked. If the garment is defective when received, you get a new one in replacement. I you do not want your received garment you pay for the shipping back to us and we transfer the paid amount in to your bank account.

 

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed parcels are charged with 24 EUR
