Background

Uhip wear is run by me, Ulrika Falkman, who is also the designer and creator of the clothes. The ideas stem from a lifelong interest in horses riding and dressmaking /design along with an strong drive to find solutions and make things happen. This applies on everything from avoid freezing to make things more efficient in the stable at home and at work.

The collection

My interests in combination with my husband's interest in outdoor gear fabrics and function were the basis for Uhip’s first collection of outdoor clothing with unique features and functionality.

The Skirt fabrics

I have chosen a modern insulation from the best manufacturers with maximum warmth in relation to its weight, and which, unlike dun tolerate excessive moisture and wet conditions. The outer shell is thin and light fabric but is also durable, breathes and repels water, dirt and snow.
